Ok...I know..I'm obsessed with reading. I have always loved these books and I finished Anne on Wednesday. :) I have read ALL of LM Montgomery's books in my youth and thoroughly enjoyed reading this one again. Of course, I had to watch the movie after I finished the book, so I did that while I painted my living room.
I really loved all the fun facts you posted, Beckee. Someday, I'm going to go to PEI, just to say I've been there. I have a friend who served his mission there and said it was beautiful. Well, I look forward to reading the reactions of those of you who have never read this book before. I'll save my comments on the actual story until more of you have read it. :)

I am dying to read the rest of the book and would do it in one sitting, but I promised my family we would read it together and I would not read ahead...(I have tried to cheat but Wes keeps catching me and totally calling me on it!)
I love this book and promised the kids we would all watch the movie when we are done and read the other books if they are interested.
So, Lisa, where did you get the movie?
