I thought it was interesting the way the author got these books published and started. If any of you are interested in becoming a writer this may be interesting to you too.

"The series started off online at Funbrain.com in 2004. Although the author never planned to release the book on the Internet, he found the opportunity to reach millions of kids on Funbrain irresistible, and published the book in the form of daily entries, much like a blog."
